If the order and the payment is made more than NZ$300 for each nation outside of New Zealand, you can enjoy Free Worldwide delivery. Otherwise, there is the delivery charge, NZ$55 for international delivery service
MediNature offers only Express Mail Service with Product Tracking Number for international service, which is highly secured and reasonable. You may find out where your product is by this service. MediNature is proudly working with New Zealand Post for world wide delivery service.
If the order and the payment is made within New Zealand, and it is more than NZ$300, you may have Free Domestic delivery. Otherwise there is the delivery charge, NZ$15 for domestic service. We use only reputable and reliable service providers to deliver your order on time.
[ Claim and Return ]
You may claim for the replacement of product within 7 days from you received for only the quality issues. The purchaser has the responsibility for the customs duties and regulation for this international product order. We offer the tracking number NZ Post Office issued to secure the product delivery, and MediNature has no responsibility for any delay or delivery missed.
Due to New Zealand health regulations we are unable to receive products back if you have simply changed your mind, so please order carefully. If you feel that the products you have received are not what you ordered or are faulty, please do let us know so we can help. If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. The consumer is responsible for the cost of the new product and additional shipping.

Our products are grown and harvested organically in an eco-friendly natural environment. It can contain very rare, unexpected natural organic substances, which is natural. [ Local Customs and Taxes ]
Any product order may be subject to customs requirements and also import duties and taxes once your order reaches the respective country of destination. MediNature will not be responsible for any delays caused by Customs in the recipient country, this also includes parcels that are detained or confiscated if they are deemed prohibited by the customs authority in the recipient country.
Any duties and taxes, which are levied by the authorities in the destination country, are at your cost. Also shipping fees are not refundable for undelivered or refused shipments. In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a customer in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund to the value of the product. However, the option of product replacement may be available with additional shipping costs.
If there are any conditions haven't mentioned above, they will be complied under the relevant laws and regulations of New Zealand.
